The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each offering will be outlined in a separate agreement or communication between us and the client.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements, program materials, or booking confirmations.
Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice or agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as detailed in your agreement or invoice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by iampivot180, including but not limited to digital content, coaching materials, program guides, and graphics, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal and non-commercial use as specified in the agreement.
You warrant that any materials or content provided to us do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.
This includes personal stories, coaching content, business strategies, and any materials or communications not publicly available.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
iampivot180 will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in our programs or services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold iampivot180 harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or services may include links to third-party sites or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Upon termination, any outstanding payments are due immediately.
