Vision

At I AM pivot180, we serve privileged women 45+ who were raised to be good, grateful, and successful—only to realize, later in life, that the story she inherited wasn’t the whole truth.

These women did everything “right,” but still feel a deep, unshakable discontent.
Not because she failed—but because she sees now:

-The illusion

-The cost of conformity

-The quiet weight of performing someone else’s version of “life” 

She’s not broken.
She’s not a victim..
She’s waking up to a new reality—one that’s asking her to reclaim her role as co-creator of her next chapter. 

We guide women through the sacred discomfort of this moment.
We help her release inherited roles, reclaim her true power, and remember what freedom feels like.

Angela Albregts is a writer, speaker, transformational life coach, and founder of I AM pivot180 — a 180-day sacred experiment guiding women of privilege to pivot into the truth of who they are and the leadership they were born to embody.

With a background in film, journalism, and a decade-long international career in global advertising, Angela brings both storytelling depth and strategic clarity to her work. After a personal pivot led her to spend ten years in Asia studying energy, healing, and identity, she returned to the U.S. to launch I AM pivot180— a 180-day journey that distills a decade of deep transformation into a sacred, accelerated path of remembrance and reclamation.
